Somber Notes...

The Emmy Awards have officially been cancelled. It was a half hearted effort to even attempt them, but after the "Glitter"s started to fall in Afghanistan, and the mild earthquake we had here in L.A. what little party mood there was disappeared faster than a can of Coke at Robert Downey Jr's house.

I'm going to try to revive America's spirits tomorrow, provided Dan Rather doesn't pre-empt me.

I'm proud of you!
