What's Disturbing Me Lately...

I was upset to see a report that Kirby Puckett has been charged with sexual assault. To have this news come on the eve of baseball's World Series couldn't have been more badly timed, unless the Twins had been playing.
Is this a frivolous lawsuit of a big name sports hero, or is it all true? It's up to the courts to decide. Kirby was a real hero to me, so I'll be following the developments of the case closely.
And yes, I'm picking the GIANTS to win it all, and the amazing Barry Bonds to get his first ever championship in ANYTHING! Yep, he admitted in an interview that he had never won a single title, from little league on up. Go, Barry!
I'm planning my Halloween party, but I want to outdo last year's bash. That means plastic sheets covering everything.
Hm. Maybe I'll try some sort of soft latex coverings. Well, there's no "maybe" about that! But, I mean for the furnishings.
I'm also concerned about the world right now. We're at war with an enemy we don't even know. There are members of the enemy in our own backyards. And we don't even have a clue about what's going on, since witnesses make up testimony. Anna Nicole, that's clever.
Am I the only person who doesn't like the road we're traveling on?
I'm just hoping the vehicle we're in is a plane. When we sail off the cliff we're barreling towards, I'd like to think we have a chance to survive.
Okay, gear shift. How about Santana and
michelle_b huh? HOT!
I've got a week off from the duties of the show... However, I would call your attention to a couple of shows next week that you should enjoy:
First, Morrissey is on MONDAY. Nuff said.
TUESDAY: It's
j_biel she styles in a funky hat!
WEDNESDAY is the 5 Star Don't Miss Ep of The Week: It's
vin_diesel.
And check out the more mature Hollywood types:
Clint Eastwood on Thursday
Robert Evans on Friday.
If you don't know who these guys are, Clint is the older actor who DOESN'T make salad dressing and popcorn, and Robert Evans appeared in the Moby Video for "We Are All Made Of Stars."
I'm taking a real vacation! You'll find me at Edison Field in Anaheim on Saturday and Sunday, Then I'm going to trek up to beautiful Pac Bell Park in San Francisco for Games 3 and 4. If the Series is over, I'll go to Cabo, where the adorably wonderful
milla_jovovich got me a condo to use some months ago! (Though I feel badly about going there alone, which is why I never used it!)
Otherwise, I'll watch the rest of the games, if it goes to a Game 7 next Sunday.
Woo! California Baseball! Have a great week... and I might send reports back about everything during the series, assuming I'm not having too much fun to do it!
Proud of you!

NOT THAT THAT'S EVEN GOING TO HAPPEN!
If the Giants win, or should I say WHEN they win, you will do a task for me (don't worry, it will only be "R" rated), and you WON'T mention anything related to S Club for a week!
Do we have a bet?
