Neighbor! I was really not expecting to see this from you today or anytime in the near future. I'm a little stunned so bear with me. We've been here for a long time and a lot has happened in both of our lives along the way. You've been a friend since the very beginning and it will take some getting used to not having you around. I was just going over the transcripts of that very first LJ Late, Late Show. I miss those times and how things seemed to be a lot easier then. I know you get what I mean by that. You've had my back since the beginning and words can't tell you what that has meant to me. You understand my desire to be creative and have shown amazing examples of that yourself. Without your ideas or creative input so much around here would never have happened and in case I haven't properly done so before, let me thank you now. Thank you, Craig!! To say I will miss you is an understatement. I hope you still keep your home in the hills above mine because even with my residency being sporadic these days, I'd like to think I can still wave to you from time to time. Best of luck to you. I'm getting choked up! I'll say farewell for now, with my utmost gratitude and love.
What can I say? It's been a real experience. I have some of my most very fond memories with you... from that great barbecue, to the RD wedding to that LLS appearance. You got me to bowl and karaoke, and if that was the only thing you did, that's still a trememdous achievement!
I can't thank you enough for friending me, even before the powers that be in MBP thought I was fit for participation... for being around when you could, and for all of the times we spent, good and bad.
