Getting Prepared...
Jul. 12th, 2003 03:51 amTo go back to work...
I'll have an update about my vacation, eventually.
First, though, I feel it important to make you aware of the following programming notes:
mark_mcgrath and his band Sugar Ray will welcome us back from vacation on the CBS Late Late Show, Monday, July 14th. This will, to say the least, be an interesting and lively evening you won't want to miss!
Looks like the stopwatch hasn't moved from 14:59 yet, eh Mark?
Other notables as we do our first shows of the second half of the year include:
Chuck Woolery... who's got both a game show and a reality series going on at the same time. Plus he sells fishing lures! And his single from the 1960s is the theme song of his program! Is there anything the man can't do?
Joey Pants: Joe Pantoliano! He's got a new CBS series this fall called "The Handler," which sounds a little dirty, but I'm assured that it's not. But in this visit, he'll discuss his role in the Will Smith/Martin Lawrence sequel, Bad Boys II.
My Birthday girl, the Oscar winner, Marlee Matlin, (we have the same birthday, which she informed me of in a previous visit) and her interpreter Jack will no doubt be along. She's really a lot of fun.
Um... who else? 311 will add some more music to the proceedings towards the end of the week, and we'll definitely have a few extra surprises for faithful viewers.
I'm going to finish enjoying my last couple of days off, and I look forward to a great rest of the summer, filled with fun, laughs and a lot of positivity!
Proud of you.

Date: 2003-07-12 01:27 pm (UTC)You realize that your film could have been called "Good Girl II?"
"Thunk" is used a lot by the older baseball announcers. If Vin Scully can use it, it must be okay!
