1. If you could choose an artist to write a song about something you've experienced, who would write your song?

Hm. That's a toughie. Maybe Neil Diamond? Maybe John Mayer? Depends on how hard an edge it needs to have, I guess.

2. same kind of thing.. If they were making a movie of your life, who would you want to play you?

I guess if you're casting a young me, maybe Paul Walker? Someone closer to me currently, hm. Has Anthony Michael Hall gotten into shape? I don't know. How does John Cusack look as a blond?

3. Live to Work, or Work to Live?

Definitely live to work! It's all about the fun of the job. Too many people are doing things they don't want to do. If more people pursued their passions, they would be happier and, even better, more successful at their work.

4. What's your earliest memory?

I remember taking a bath in the kitchen sink and splashing water everywhere. I don't know how old I was... maybe one and a half? It was fun. I highly recommend it for anyone of any age.

5. Who's your favourite character and/or cast member of SNL?

There was an actor named Don Novello from the early years of the show. He played an occasional character called Father Guido Sarducci. I was always really impressed by him, and the sort of humanizing way of making what seemed to be a very repressed religion. I was a little disappointed when I discovered he wasn't an actual priest, and I thought that he really should have been, because that's the sort of religious leader needed for our society. Of course, look what we ACTUALLY got. Better yet, don't!

I'm so impressed with you that you know Don Novello's actual names. You know, even on the tapes that you buy, if you look on the back of the box where it says who was in each skit, he's always referred to as "Father Guido Sarducci"
example:
And yes, I actually do own the tapes.
Volume 2 of the Classic years collection 1975-1980

Weekend Update: Jane Curtin, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Gilda Radner, Father Guido Sarducci.

I'm just impressed, that's all ;)

He actually turned up in a cameo on another favorite show, "Square Pegs" as "himself," Father Guido! I think they *may* have credited his real name there, though! He did several other things, he was just really hot at that moment.

Talk about the nerd talking here!

I think it's interesting how you go and just ask people 5 random questions...I like your show. I'm Kate.

Hi Kate! I think everyone remembers you from your days as a model for Calvin Klein. Some even had an "Obsession" with you! Zing!

So, good to see that you're still around! Best wishes!

Proud of you.

Re: the second question - I think the most obvious answer is Josh from Queens of the Stone Age.

If he traded in the red hair for blond, anyway. *wink*
