I think a slice of Angel Food Cake with chocolate syrup dripping down the sides might be an appropriate slice offered up to devour in honor of our lovely lady. And, it's okay. She'll provide the milk.
I'm sure you're planning a wild night with the girls, so I'll just say when you throw Tom Green the keys to your car, be sure to give him a nice tip for not getting it scratched up after he parks it.
