Thanks for all of the great, funny, sometimes thought-provoking comments coming in. It's really excellent.

I'm going to have to caution you... one question per customer from the next round on out. I need people to stop deleting their original questions and ask one question! It's only fair. On to this round with a couple of repeat questioners...

andreacasiraghi: Ah. Wow. I can relate. I'll tell you something, Sir. It may seem to be true, and it may feel true. In fact, you might actually wish it were true at times. But It's not. If you know the root of the word "suffer," it means "to undergo." Change requires patience and pressure and a good plan. I hope you're making yours.
