late_late_show, Dave is remaining at CBS, which means that I am remaining at CBS for another 4 years! As Dave himself said, "It ain't Oprah, 'til it's Oprah!" so I'm glad that we're all settled. More guaranteed laughter for America, through 2006!
Meanwhile, we're gearing up for the NCAA Basketball tournament. I'm doing a pool in the office. $1000.00 to enter. Any takers?
Yeah, I'm letting the new contract go to my head. But why not? I'm ready for a celebration, and there's nothing like the NCAA's. Not to mention it means a short week!
Things that make me Sad.
I'm sad thatoscar_statuette hasn't had time to contact me about appearing on the show.
I'm sad thatm_moore and katie_holmes have disappeared and have lefte DTC to twist in the wind. I guess I'll have to post my motivational and inspirational comments to the MBP group! (I wonder how that'll fly...)
The traffic on Wilshire.
I shouldn't complain, though. I'm okay. Things have started to take a turn for the better after a dark cloud has passed. A weight has been lifted.
