What's Happening NOW!!!

No, this is not a Rerun, hea hea, but I do want to look ahead to events that people should be aware of, the things that might help you plan out your week to get the most enjoyment out of it, now that summer is officially here!

MONDAY we've got j_fiennes, the younger, more handsome and more talented brother of Ralph (who I guess calls his brother "Jo-SAFE?"). At any rate, the topic of the new animated feature, "Sinbad: Legend Of The Seven Seas" will be discussed, and probably any number of issues about Michelle Pfeiffer and Catherine Zeta-Jones... oh and bradley_pitt Or as I call him, Mr. j_aniston. See how cleverly I sneak the pimpage in? ;)

and TUESDAY, Lisa Ling who some people will remember as "The Attractive One" from "The View" has gone on a tour of the world's jungles and frightening places with "National Geographic's Ultimate Explorer." Who knew that sitting at a table with Star Jones and Joy Behar was the perfect training ground for her next assignment! Way to go, Ling!

The rest of the week is sort of not quite planned out. In the business, we would call it "soft." I think we might get a few special guests, you know... the names you've come to expect from a quality late night telecast such as mine. For sure, Monica and Blu Cantrell are scheduled to appear as well, so music will be in the air.

This past week came and went without a new Kilborn Interview on AIM and in the late_late_show journal. That wasn't by design, but it did happen anyway. Or it didn't happen. The point is we didn't get to have an interview this week, and I think that's not so good. I'm hoping to make ammends this week. Anyone game for a chat like no other?

We could have a member or three from Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle if I can pull a string or three (now that I'm down with McG a.k.a. Joey)! After all, do you seriously think that drew_barrymore is going on "The New Tom Green Show" to talk about it?

Or, I guess I could just keep asking everyone interview questions. That's going well, right, akutcher???

It could be so much worse, like that person who started that "What Does Your LJ Name Mean?" thing. That was heinous!

Otherwise and anyway, let me be the first to wish you a very happy summertime... unless you live in the Southern Hemisphere!
