Holiday Specials!!!

So, It's now officially Friday... and we have those two great specials on CBS TONIGHT!

8pm EST/PST: Rudolph, The Red-Nosed Reindeer! This is a classic and I'll share it with you again after the telecast. It's so very enjoyable! And you know, it teaches us all a lesson in tolerance of others, doesn't it? Wait! I'll answer that. Yes, It Does.

9pm EST/PST: Robbie The Reindeer! This is the one with _britney_spears doing a reindeer voice, along with that sparkplug, Leah Remini from "King of Queens" and a host of other great voices. Didn't ABC already run "A Charlie Brown Christmas" earlier this week??? Skip that, watch this!

But speaking of Holiday Specials, I'm going to present MY first ever Special! We're preparing it this weekend, putting it together next week and it will debut on December 24th in the late_late_show journal! You'll have to watch for it! It will be one for the ages! It's not too late to participate... This might turn into a three hour spectacular! Who knows!

I say that to tell you that if you want to be involved in the program, It should be a lot of fun! Leave me a note here and let me know your availability, and if there are other people you'd like to do a sketch with for the show. We'll be pre-taping segments at different times all next week. It really is going to be a great keepsake rememberance of the season! So far, stars who either have agreed to appear or who plan to appear include: sherylcrow, _britney_spears, johnrzeznik, m_chisholm, p_hilton & nicky_hilton, k_richardson and many, many more! Let me know, because this is going to be the holiday show to be a part of!

The Morning Report...

christina_a and willa__ford have been added to the lineup for the Holiday Special! If you are at all interested in having a part in this, please let me know ASAP! Also, if you have ideas for either comedy things you want to do, or other people you want to perform with, let me know!

Still not a word from any of the people from American Idol. So far, I am working under the impression that we ARE doing a show and I'll prepare it, but I have to wonder about all of this. If someone from that group (Hello, k_clarkson?) could either confirm or deny that everyone is still willing to do tonight's show, that would be really good. Get the word out, because if I don't hear anything from anyone today, I'll assume that we will reschedule this for sometime in January, as we're not planning another regular late_late_show until after the new year.

johnrzeznik is on NEXT FRIDAY'S CBS telecast of the Late Late Show... not tonight's.

In fact, next week is chock full of music, as we're going to have jakob_dylan's very popular group, The Wallflowers on Monday and Tori Amos on Thursday!
