Potential Projects
Nov. 19th, 2002 10:57 pmSince a lot of people look to me for "THE NEXT BIG THING," I have to tell you, I always have something cooking in the Kilborn Kitchen. It's hot, it's steamin' and it's TASTE-TEE!
I have a couple of projects I'm considering and I'd love to hear some feedback about them, if you have a few minutes.
1. My Book.
I was going to write a book about the proper care and grooming habits of a gentleman. Everything from polishing shoes to hair care. It seems that a lot of people here could use that sort of advice (which I used to dispense at a semi-regular basis at![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
duct_tape_crew). Maybe writing a book with all of my little tricks might raise the level of quality around here.
It would incorporate my culinary abilities, so some recipes. My wealth of knowledge of mixology, both on the wheels of steel and behind the bar, and of course, Professor Kilborn would have to write a long, hard chapter as well! I think it could be a bestseller!
People could write in and ask advice, we'd have tips for makeovers, how to win that secret love, and lots more.
Even though I think that's a slam dunk, I have something much, much bigger in mind...
2. The Movie.
This is a huge project that I would need a great deal of help doing. I am thinking about producing a film, to star all of the members ofmust_be_pop. By that, I mean, the players in the game, not only the members of the community.
We would form a small writing team and come up with a script, then cast everyone in parts... something like a "Goldmember." Tons and tons of cameos. A big, epic comedy!
Later, we would have a premiere, red carpet arrivals, the works! We would debut the film and then have a post film party! I think it could be spectacular. Let's see some other RPG pull that concept off!
With all of the star power around here, it's a wonder we haven't pulled this off before! (Well, there was that Tim Burton "Boy Band" movie that nearly happened, but let's not go there.)
