Cleaning Up
I drove back over to Deb's house to help her properly clean things up.
To my surprise...
she had the place back to normal by the time I arrived, and had grouped the remaining roses into lovely arrangements in various vases around the house.
She prepared a brunch for us and we just relaxed. Fresh squeezed blood red orange juice, french roast coffee, belgian waffles and melon. So, she went to her bedroom to get something, and didn't come back. When I went to look for her, I discovered she also scattered a bunch of the rose pedals on her bed.
So, we just enjoyed the roses, in a couple of different ways.
No, nothing too intense. It was lovely.
Again, I'm not certain I want to let this progress too far too quickly. But there's nothing wrong with where we've gone yet.
